Les Fluker is Vice President and a founding member of Epic Glass & Building Services. His primary focus is managing the waterproofing and building maintenance services division. Les has over 35 years of experience in the glass, waterproofing and general building services areas. His early experience was in the glass business where he performed storefront and glass curtain wall replacement as well as glass installation on new high rise projects in Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Prior to the formation of Epic Glass & Building Services, Les was superintendent of April Building Services’ waterproofing division overseeing a crew that performed waterproofing, foam injection, light welding, glass replacement and window washing. During his industry tenure he was a former member of both the Local Ironworkers Union #5 in Maryland and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades in Dallas, TX.
